“Tom worked exceptionally hard to sell my house. We went on the market in June of 2019 and closed in late December of the same year. He guided me throughout the six months of the sale, including bringing in a professional photographer, getting at least six open houses set up, offering me guidance on offers we had, and just helping me understand what was happening throughout the process. Tom is knowledgeable of the area and the markets, and he was very responsive via phone calls, texts, and emails. That being said, Tom went way above and beyond his job description. I was not living at the house while I was selling it, and I had a variety of service people come for various issues. Tom met them there at least five times (probably more) and took on custodial role of the house. He’s a really nice person, too!”
